Shipping Policy

At Samar Apparel, we are committed to providing you with a quick and dependable shipping experience, along with ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below contains our company’s shipping policy, pre order policy, and refund policy.

 

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed in 24 hours and typically shipped within 3 to 4 business days after purchase. We strive to get your order out as soon as possible, and typically ship within a week of receiving your order.

 

Peak Order Volumes

As a small business, due to our limited resources, we may experience a slight increase in shipping times during periods of high demand. Specifically, if we receive over a large amount of orders in a short period of time, please expect orders to be shipped out in a maximum of 2 weeks after purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that we do not charge extra for handling or packaging.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic orders: 3 to 4 business days

International orders: N/A

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as location, inclement weather, or high order volumes.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your package and ensure that it arrives on-time.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are caused by circumstances outside of our control.

 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once a tracking number has been provided for your order. This means that if you request a refund after receiving a tracking number, your request will be denied.

 

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Prior to assigning a tracking number to your order, we will consider issuing a refund under the following circumstance:

If you have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it for a different size, we can issue a refund for the original order before processing the new order. Please note that we may not be able to restock the original item, so we cannot guarantee that we will have it available in stock.

 

Refund Procedure

To request a refund under approved circumstances, please contact us by email. We will review your request and respond with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Refund Amount

In the event that a refund is agreed upon, the amount will be equal to the full amount paid for the original order, minus any shipping costs associated with the order.

 

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days and after we receive your return or confirmation of cancellation, expect to receive the refund back to your chosen payment method in at least 7 business days.
